REBA's Residential Landlord/Tenant
and New Lawyers Sections discuss various landlord/tenant topics which cause
problems for new lawyers and their clients. Some of the topics to be
covered are leases vs. tenancies at will, tenant screening, security deposits
and other up-front charges, issues with notices to quit, rent escrow, agreements
for judgment and injunctions.
