Regional Planning at UMass Amherst; and Dr. Rolf Joseph Pendall, Professor and Head of the Department
of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign will discuss topics such as housing financing policies, exclusionary
zoning laws and racial inequality.
