Jonathan Hausner of Robinson +
Cole will lead a discussion of typical lender requirements in construction
contracts and construction oversight by lenders from the perspective of the
owner and the construction team. He will be joined by Tom Guidi of Hemenway & Barnes LLP to give the lender's
perspective. Jonathan and Tom will discuss borrower negotiations with
architects and general contractors with an eye toward lender contract
requirements and compliance with the lender requisition process. The discussion
will also address issues from the perspective of the lender and the
borrower.
