Jerry has been originating reverse mortgages for 12 years. He holds both a Master's Degree in Psychology and an MBA. While in private practice as an attorney, he specialized in elder law and estate planning.

Both Jerry and Steve will discuss Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM) and reverse mortgages from a positive viewpoint, also providing a brief history of this product and how it has transformed from a negative alternative to losing one's house, to a positive solution to remaining at home. Cathy will add commentary to the discussion and will also discuss other options available to elders.
